• The name of the society is “The Anglo Vedic Educational Association Anoopshahr”.

• The registered office of the society will be situated at Anoopshahr Distt. Bulandshahr for the present.

• The objectives for which the society is established are:-
  • The imparting of literary, moral, technical, industrial, physical and such other education as is or may be prescribed by the Govt. for institutions.
    
  • The management, supervision and control of the LDAV Inter College Anoopshahr and DPBS (PG) College Anoopshahr and such other institutions to that may be raised.
    
  • The doing of all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainments of the above objectives.
