Education plays a vital role in the development of society and the country as a whole. It protects and preserves civilization and development of human personality. Prosperity of a country always stays over the higher education. Presently, Indians are the most competent manpower at the global level. New higher education system has been aimed to develop more realistic and practical approach, produce better resources and to make student more confident self employable. But still there is an urgent need of ethics in higher education system.

The DPBS (P.G.) College, Anoopshahr was established in 1965 to cater to the needs of higher education, especially in rural and backward area in district Bulandshahr of Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the premier educational institution of district Bulandshahr . It has vast and beautiful campus in pollution free environment, which sprawls over 7.33 acres of land having vast playgrounds, experimental fields, beautiful garden, gymnasium, well equipped library, hostels for boys , guest house, medical centre etc. It is a co-education and multi-disciplinary institution offering both govt.-aided as well as self financing courses at under graduate and post graduate levels i.e. B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.C.A., B.Ed., MA (Sanskrit) and M.Sc. (Physics & Chemistry).

It will be my sincere Endeavour to provide suitable environment to all teaching and non-teaching personnel as well as the students of the college so that all will work to their full potential and in Coordinated Manner to make it possible to fulfill all challenges. I am sure such an Endeavour of mine would ultimately lead to bring a distinction to the overall image of the college.
